What we collect, and why.
Short version: an email address if you write to us, and nothing else unless you enrol.
Analytics
This site sets no analytics cookie and loads no third-party tracker. Aggregate page counts come from server logs, which record a truncated IP address and are discarded after thirty days. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
When you contact us
The contact form stores your name, email address, the track you selected and your message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. It is deleted twelve months after the last exchange unless you have enrolled in the meantime.
When you enrol
We hold your account details, your submitted assignments and the marks and comments attached to them. Assignments are read by the instructor marking them and by nobody else. Payment details never reach our servers: they are handled by the payment processor directly.
Retention
- Server logs: thirty days.
- Contact messages: twelve months after the last reply.
- Account and assignments: for as long as the account exists, then twelve months.
- Invoices: seven years, as accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to privacy@neuryn.com and we act within thirty days. No account is required to make the request, and we do not ask why.
Sharing
We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising. The only third parties that process anything on our behalf are the payment processor and the email provider, both under contract and both within the scope described above.
